Short biography : Dr. Mohsen Saeedi is currently a professor of sustainability in the Department of Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at the University Canada West (UCW), Vancouver, Canada. Dr. Saeedi has also been a professor in the water and environment department of the School of Civil Engineering of the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST). He holds two PhDs, one in environmental and the other in civil engineering. Dr. Saeedi has been a post-doctoral research fellow and a sessional lecturer at the University of British Columbia. He also taught sustainability-related courses at the City University of Seattle. He has over 20 years of successful academic experience in higher education. He served as Director of the Office of Assessment and Evaluation at Iran University of Science and Technology (reported to the President of the university), Dean of the School of Civil engineering, deputy of research at the School of civil engineering, deputy of education, postgraduate studies manager, and head of the department of water and environmental engineering. He has also been an affiliate member of the civil engineering branch of the Iran National Academy of Sciences (IAS). He also was an advisor to the CEO of environmental, engineering, and construction companies for over ten years. Dr. Saeedi has years of industrial experience both in Canada and Iran. He is also an associate editor and editorial board member of several international journals, such as Frontiers in Public Health, and Frontiers in Sustainability. He was granted many awards and honors, including the Excellence in Research Award from IUST, the Faculty of Applied Science of UBC Graduate Award, and the Graduate Scholarship Award of CSAP of British Columbia. Dr. Saeedi has published over 100 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and presented over 60 conference papers at national and international events.

Short biography : Feras Afaneh is Professor of Atomic and Molecular Physics at the Hashemite University, Jordan. He received his BS degree in Physics and MS degree in Material Science with highest honors from the University of Jordan in 1990 and '94 respectively and his Ph. D. in Atomic and Molecular Physics (summa cum laude) from Goethe University in Frankfurt /M, Germany. He joined Hashemite University as Assistant Professor in 2002 and became an Associate Professor in 2008. For short intervals, he has been visiting associate professor at Goethe University (Germany) and visiting scientist at Berlin University of Technology (Germany), Max-Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics in Heidelberg (Germany), Lund University (Sweden), Missouri University of Science and Technology (USA), BESSY (Germany), DESY (Germany), CERN (Switzerland) and GSI (Germany). His research focuses on the quantum processes in atoms and molecules, from the passage of electrons across atoms in a few hundred attoseconds to the bending and breaking of molecular bonds during collisions in a few picoseconds. Dr. Afaneh is recipient of many awards for scientific research excellence from DAAD, AGAF and DFG (Germany), IAEA (UN), TWAS (Italy), HU and SRTD (Jordan), and SIDA and SI (Sweden). He served on numerous national/international committees, panels, and boards. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers in reputed international journals (Nature, PRL, CPPC,..) and conferences.

Short biography : Richard Self is a Senior Lecturer in Governance of Advanced and Emerging Technologies at the University of Derby in the UK. He gained his business background during 30 years at Rolls-Royce before changing to academia in 2002. His approach to students is not to teach answers, rather he inspires, challenges, mentors and guides his students to find important questions and then how to research to find relevant answers for the specific context using interdisciplinary approaches. He guides the students into their own experiences in order to find the insightful questions that motivates them to their best work. His focus is on inspiring students to evaluate their personal and employability skills and then to develop their full range of skills in order to become the most employable graduates in the market. This is based on applying the research into a range of teaching and assessment approaches that can demonstrate measurable improvements in their academic skills and in their transferable skills. This research is published at conferences and in journals. Richard is a regularly invited keynote speaker at UK and international business and academic conferences where he always provides the audience with the important questions for evaluating their business needs and technologies.

Short biography : Dr. Md. Aminul Islam is a Professor in Finance at the Department of Business in the Faculty of Business and Communication of Universiti Malaysia Perlis. He received his bachelor’s degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia; MBA and Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He also completed an advanced diploma in teaching in higher education from the Nottingham Trent University. He has authored and co-authored about 170 journal papers and 64 conference papers. He has also authored and co-authored five books and three book chapters. He is a certified trainer of Human Resource Development Corporation of Malaysia and the creator of the YouTube Channel, “Platform for Research and Development”. He is a member of Asian Academy of Management, Malaysian Institute of Management, and an associate member of Malaysian Finance Association. He is a visiting Professor of Ubudiyyah University Indonesia, Daffodil International University and East Delta University. His research areas of interest include FinTech, Blockchain, Econometrics, Islamic Banking and finance, Sukuk, and Management.

Short biography : Dr. Janki Shah is an accomplished, award-winning Education Leader with an extensive record of success overseeing academics. She is the third generation in her family of scholars who has dedicated their time and expertise to education. Dr. Janki is a polished presenter, educator, training facilitator, researcher in higher education, committee leader, and public speaker. She is a big-picture thinker and creative problem-solver with project management skills and solid hands-on tactical execution. She has received many international awards and accolades for her research expertise. Dr. Janki was honoured with the "Emerging Scholar Award" for two consecutive years, in 2020 and 2021, as a part of the "Twentieth and Twenty-First International Conference on Knowledge, Culture, and Change in Organizations." She has played various roles, such as a member of the organizing committee, review committee, session chair, track chair, and researcher for various research conferences. She has also hosted events as a panellist and judged business competitions both at the national and international levels. Academically, while pursuing Ph.d., Dr. Janki has received scholarships and awards for maintaining a high GPA and has served as a University ambassador. Short biography : Dr.Mahmoud Shafik is an international expert who has made a personal distinction and international leadership recognition, in the field of Intelligent Mechatronics Systems and Digital Technology, with more than 20-years industrial applied research experience in Intelligent Systems, Hardware and Software, AI, IoT, Industrial 4.0, 3D Smart Sensors and Actuators for Autonomous Vehicle, Machine Learning, Robotic Systems, Machine Vision, Steer-by-wire, Innovation for Sustainable Engineering, Control and instrumentation, Cancer Treatment using CVD Diamond Radio Therapy Technology, Information Technology for Blind and Visually Impaired people, Chronic Diseases ICT Technological Solutions, Assisted Living Technology, AD-HOC Wireless Technology, TeleHealth, Telecare, Climate Change, Electro-Rheological Fluid Micro Actuators Technologyand Software Tools.Shafik has also a number of patents in these areas of industrial applied research and sustainable technology. Shafik has been chairing and leading several industrial applied research projects from European Commission, and UKResearch Councils, of a budget of several millionsof pounds and have made a great economic and social impact in his area of expertise in across the world.

Short biography : Aaron has been in the industry coaching speakers since he was a student himself. Inspired by the wisdom shared by senior members via chess, immersed in cultures in over 90 countries plus a unique life-twisting experience, he developed a passion in the field of public speaking .

Short biography : Rasheed received the bachelor degree from faculty of education, Al Azhar University Egypt, and Master’s degree and PhD from Al Madinah International University Malaysia 2013 and 2016, respectively in 2019; he became an Assoc Prof in (Education- curriculum and Instructions). In 2019, he became head of Arabic language department at Islamic university of Perlis Malaysia (KUIPs). He is the author or co-author of more than 30 papers in international refereed journals and more than 20 conferences contributions. Presently is editor-in- chief of jamalullail journal, Islamic University of Perlis (KUIPs).He has received several important recognitions to his research career such like best Academic Achievement of Doctoral Degree for the year 2017 Al Madinah International University, Malaysia, Best Lecturer Award for (2020) Islamic University of Perlis (KUIPs) 2021.

Short biography : Dr. Dilek Karişan has a strong research background in the field of science education, with a focus on elementary science education and socioscientific issues. She holds a Ph.D. in Elementary Education from Middle East Technical University and has an extensive academic career, including positions as a department chair and associate professor at Adnan Menderes University. Dr. Karişan's research has delved into various aspects of science education, such as pre-service teacher training, reflective judgment, argumentation skills, and the integration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. She has contributed significantly to the literature with numerous international and national publications, book chapters, and conference presentations, demonstrating her commitment to advancing science education and teacher development. Additionally, her experience as a visiting scholar in the United States and Germany has enriched her research perspectives and collaborations on a global scale.

Short biography : Prof.Assoc .Dr Evis CELO graduated from English Language Teaching department of Tirana University, Albania. She earned her PhD in Applied Linguistics from Tirana University with excellent points from 97/100 . Currently, she is working as Lecturer in the Foreign Language Teaching department  in University of Vlora,Albania. she is also head of Lingustic session in University of Vlora- Albania. Her lectures profile include Writing Skills and Academic writing and Technical English . She is an author, a scholar, a translator as she speak many languages like English,Italian,French ,Albanian and Greek. Her main research interests include English proverbs,English as a lingua franca, Lang,English for specific purposes.

Short biography : Dr. Johnson is passionate about sharing the principles of physics with his students and finding ways to connect those principles to students’ lives. His research interests include integration of SocioScientific Issues into STEM education, using technology to engage learners in science, equity and cultural relevance in STEM education, and strategies for working with refugee language learners in science. He was recently awarded a $2.8 million NSF DR K-12 NSF Research grant as Co-Principal Investigator along with colleagues from Arcadia, Villanova, and LaSalle Universities, coauthored a book on the internationalization of STEM education, and published a chapter in the International Encyclopedia of Education. He is also a consultant for the US AID STESSA program advising the development of the STEM curriculum in Egypt. Dr. Johnson enjoys studying martial arts including Goshin Jutsu karate and Haedong Kumdo, playing disc golf, and spending time with his family. He teaches kick boxing and self-defense classes on campus and advises the Mercyhurst Collegiate Disc Golf Team.
