    Abstract Submission Guidelines

    Authors are advised to adhere to the following instructions when submitting abstracts:

    Abstract Structure
  • Compose the abstract in English.
  • Ensure the word limit does not exceed 500 words.
  • Download the abstract template
  • Provide an informative abstract, summarizing your paper concisely.
  • Submit your abstract.Click here
  • Receive an acknowledgment email upon submission.
  • AThe decision on abstract acceptance will be communicated within 48 hours.

    Process of Evaluation
  • Within two to three days of receipt, your abstract will be subjected to a double-blind peer evaluation by a scientific review committee.
  • Within two to 4 days of submission, the author will receive the results of the abstract review.
  • If there is a need for a change, the amended abstract must be returned within a week.
  • You will receive rejections of your manuscript along with reviewer suggestions to help you improve your study.
    Full Paper Submission Guidelines

    When submitting each paper, ensure it is organized into the following three sections

  • Background, Motivation, and Objectives
  • Statement of Contribution/Methods
  • Results, Discussions, and Conclusions
  • Maintain a total of 6 pages in double-column format, with character count excluding spaces, title, author names, and affiliations also taken into account
