OD Interventions, Talent Development for Futuristic Roles, Leadership Development,
Designing and Developing Andragogical and Pedagogical Interventions, Educational
Process and Policies Development, and Academic Programs Management is my
core strength. I am someone who is unwilling to settle for average; known to lead by
example & challenge is something that excites me. I own end-to-end high-impact
training and talent development programs right from needs analysis, pre-program
execution, technology management, program execution, post-program engagement,
and training effectiveness measurement, to quality and improvement initiatives.
Steer the overall strategic direction for identifying, developing, and implementing
organizational development initiatives which included executive and leadership
development, faculty development, performance management, and succession
planning. Assess education standards and classroom policies, as well as grades and
test score; help implement changes to curriculum based on data, and devise
strategies to improve educational quality and help implement new policies. My career

Managers for the continued growth of the company. Played a pivotal role in talent
